Life is at a standstill.
You’re feeling stuck, alone, and fearful.
All your relationships have disintegrated. You’re in a continuous cycle of self-doubt and shame and feel as though you are failing.
Deciding to move forward seems impossible because you feel paralyzed, as if your life is on hold.
Currently, you feel so alone. “How can I overcome the way I feel?”
Doing it alone is not the only option.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Certified Life Coach (CLC) with a robust background in various therapeutic settings, including intensive hospital, residential, and outpatient clinics.
My extensive experience spans multiple diagnoses, such as severe anxiety, OCD, autism, ADHD, personality disorders, psychotic disorders, and depression.
I have contributed my expertise at Rogers Behavioral Health and Resilience Residential Treatment Center, among others, providing support to those with various mental health needs and assisting individuals dealing with grief, loss, trauma, chronic illness, and significant life transitions.
My work in private practice has explicitly focused on aiding minority populations.
I know how to help my clients succeed.
My approach in sessions is four-tiered.
First, I provide lots of guidance and direction using a direct approach. I help clients set up a foundation of education and understanding and distress tolerance/emotion regulation skills to help ensure success along the way. I’ll even provide homework assignments to ensure the proper implementation of new skills.
Second, I will integrate various evidence-based techniques (DBT, ERP, CBT, ACT, Gottman, EFT) into therapy to meet each client’s needs. I use a unique treatment plan for each person, which we decide on and work on together.
Third, I collaborate with my clients to build an authentic, empowering relationship. I prioritize trust and safety for growth and exploration and give direction when needed.
Finally, measuring our progress is extremely important to the success of my practice. I provide frequent check-ins with my clients to ensure they feel we are on the right track. I use metrics/assessments, goal setting, and client self-reports to ensure I provide the highest quality of care.
It’s time to start moving forward.
You have options, and at the top of the list is to contact me today.

About Sarah Mireles, LPC
Life teaches us many lessons.
I have transformed personal challenges into professional passions and was inspired by my experiences of feeling undervalued and stuck in multiple unsatisfying jobs.
My pivotal moment came when I decided to make significant changes in my life with the help of therapy, which eventually led me to a career in mental health.
Dedicated to empowering others to overcome their mental barriers, I employ a variety of therapeutic techniques for individuals and couples, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
My passion is guiding clients toward realizing and achieving their potential, helping them navigate their fears and challenges, and building a life that aligns with their values.
Outside of my professional life…
I enjoy hiking, visiting the beach, baking, and reading adventure and thriller novels.
