Neurodivergence is so common and so misunderstood. The way your brain works is different, making some situations challenging.

Those challenges may cause you to have trouble in large groups or one-on-one social contexts, often feel overstimulated and paralyzed by fear and indecision, be overwhelmed by competing tasks, or even have trouble getting started due to a chaotic environment.

Things are not as easy as they once were or as easy as it seems for others.

You can learn skills to help you feel calm enough to move forward in a way that feels good, doesn’t consume your entire day, and doesn’t leave you with dread or emptiness.

Neurodivergence is a beautiful gift and a superpower. You can often be so creative and complete things in a way no one else can, solve complex problems, and see things differently. These gifts should be used in a way that makes you feel good.

When we work together, we will focus on gaining an understanding of being neurodivergent and learn to celebrate your uniqueness rather than considering it something that needs fixing. My goal is to help you feel empowered to realize that you have special abilities that others do not possess. In addition, I want to help you learn ways to overcome challenges, such as dealing with social situations without being overwhelmed by emotions.
