Training Program for Parents of Neurodiverse (ADHD, Autism, PDA, OCD, OCPD) Teens and Young Adults

Let’s work together to help your teen grow into successful adulthood.

I help parents of neurodivergent teens and young adults eliminate unhelpful behavior patterns, increase receptivity to change and help them grow into happy, successful, productive adults.

Even though we haven’t worked together yet, I bet I know a few things about you…

  • You’re a stressed, overwhelmed parent who loves your kid and wants to help them grow, but their behavior patterns and emotional overwhelm frequently leaves you feeling helpless or at a loss for what to do to help them
  • You’re sick of going around the merry-go-round of trying to find the right therapists, treatment programs, or medication that will make a lasting change for your teen, that helps temporarily, but does not lead to long term progress
  • You feel intense shame, guilt, and burnout trying to make sure you are doing the right thing as a parent, but the advice you are getting is simply not helpful for your neurodivergent teen

  • Communication with your teen leaves you feeling frustrated and scared, as they may shutdown or experience emotional outbursts, and you worry about what your kid’s future will look like. You worry if they will be able to function independently

You are not alone… And there’s a better way!

After working for over 10 years with specifically neurodivergent young adults and their parents, I served over 500 parents create peaceful homes and successfully launch their teens into adulthood.

  • You escape the never ending cycle of finding the right therapist, program, or medication and you’re able to see your child become more independent using a new approach
  • You are able to see long term progress in your teen’s behavior because your household is operating in a better way that actually helps your neurodivergent teen

  • You learn the vital skills necessary to properly communicate with you kid without them getting overwhelmed or withdrawing, and you both walk away feeling more supported and understood

  • Your home becomes a safe, conducive place that models openness, flexibility and receptivity to feedback

  •  You are able to actually spend quality, peaceful time with your teen, as you are not worrying or constantly reminding them to follow up on tasks
  • You see your kid be able to take care of basic needs on their own, without constant reminders

  •  You are able to find a balance at work, with friends, in your relationship, and engage in self care, as you are not constantly by your phone, waiting for the shoe to drop, where someone is calling to inform you of a behavioral issue
  • You feel less exhausted, so you are able to be present in your life and in your relationships – your marriage or relationship gets stronger
  • You feel happy and at ease as you are not wasting time, energy and money on therapists or approaches that are not helping you or your loved one in the long run
  • You feel pride as you see your teen taking more initiative to complete tasks on their own, like studying, hygiene, chores, asking for support and doing new things they were previously not able to, like making plans with friends or engaging in new hobbies
  • You feel confident in your teen’s ability to be more independent seeing them graduate, go off to college, live independently, obtain and sustain employment etc.

I will work with you to ensure you feel confident in your teen’s ability to succeed and meet their goals for successful, independent adulthood.
